Change of Mind Returns:
If you find yourself reconsidering your purchase, we understand. We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are still in their original, re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, kindly email your request to info@docgummies.com. Our team will respond promptly with the address for returning your unopened product(s). Please ensure that returned product(s) are sent back within 30 days of your order date, accompanied by a copy of your sales invoice or order confirmation.

Shipping Details:
Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. Regrettably, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost incurred on your initial order.
